February 16, 2006. On March 24-26, 2006, the Stitching Russian Justice Initiative hosted the 2nd Training Workshop on European Court of Human Rights Litigation. The workshop was attended by lawyer and human rights defenders from the Republics of the Northern Caucasus who are involved in criminal law practice and interested in bringing cases before the ECtHR.
