European Court of Human Rights Condemns Russia in Three Cases from Chechnya

The European Court of Human Rights today unanimously condemned Russia for the enforced disappearance of four men in different locations in Chechnya between August 2002 and December 2004, Russian Justice Initiative said today.

European Court Condemns Russia for Torture and Enforced Disappearances in Chechnya
