European Court condemns Russia for disappearances and murder in two landmark rulings

Court to issue ruling in first Chechen disappearance and murder of a woman
The European Court of Human Rights will rule on the first case regarding the disappearance and murder of a woman in Chechnya on 9 November 2006. The body was found together with fifty other dead bodies in a mass grave close to the military headquarters at Khankala in Chechnya.
