European Court of Human Rights Condemns Russia for Killing of Two Civilians

The European Court of Human Rights today condemned Russia for the killing of two civilians in the village of Arshty, Ingushetia, in August 2000. The judgment is the first concerning grave human rights violations in Ingushetia.
